Overview:

When he meets Hassan’s younger sister, Anaya Malik, he sees his chance. He kidnaps her and brings her into his bloody world to use as a weapon against her brother.
Anaya, however, has never known anyone like Ryan. Her innocence, purity and emotional strength begin to challenge her darkness. When he tries to hurt her, she endures everything silently and her tears begin to pierce the monster’s heart.
The tension between love and hate creates an explosive chemistry between them.
Ryan struggles with his emotions, but Anaya’s compassion awakens the humanity buried within him.
As the story progresses, Ryan learns the whole truth Hassan wasn’t entirely to blame, and many of his own allies conspired to orchestrate the tragedy. This realization shakes him, and his guilt over Anaya’s pain consumes him.
